Don't indicate to Zynga CEO Mark Pincus that his company’s Public offering ended up being a disappointment.
In his primarily interview ever since Zynga's publick offering, Pincus tells the Wall Street Journal that the offering was “successful”. It is a strange explanation: The stock, which actually closed at $9.22 last Tuesday, continues to be trading lower than its $10 original value since its commence.

Zynga is certainly not the only tech enterprise whose shares reduced immediately after an introductory IPO; more recent cases comprise Groupon, Angie’s List, and Pandora, all of these are presently trading stocks lower than their Public offering value. In fact, Zynga lowered its evaluation shortly prior to its IPO, directing several observers to suggest that it was attempting to stop just this consequence.
Just recently Zynga reported it acquired four (4) modest cellular game companies for an undisclosed amount of money as the top-rated developer of Facebook gaming applications seeks to expand its squad on cellphones as well as tablets.
The enterprise's top cellular executive David Ko informed Reuters on this Wednesday that Zynga has bought German company Gamedoctors in December. Gamedoctors, located in Bielefeld, makes ZombieSmash game.
